Low entry cost. The Basic plan files the Articles for $0 plus the state fee and includes a year of registered agent service, which is the cheapest credible way to get an LLC on file. Paid tiers add documents and EIN filing.
Costs after year one
The registered agent renews at Bizee's annual rate after the free year, and optional services like annual report filing are priced separately. State annual fees (California's $800, Delaware's $400, Wyoming's $62) are the same whichever provider you use and usually dwarf the provider's own fees.
